Marine Grade Plywood (as per IS:710) is a high value added product which is manufactured from selected hardwood veneers. For high end uses it is bonded at very pressure and temperature with quality Phenol Formaldehyde resin.

MARINE Plywood is weather proof plywood. It is best suited for those who live in humid weather, seashores of fluctuating atmospheric conditions. It is manufactured from selected and wellpeeled veneers. the layers are bonded at very high pressure. A specially formulated phenolic resin of rich solid content confirming to standards of IS:848:1974 gives immense inner strength to this plywood along with its anti swelling characteristics makes MARINE unique in humid, rough, and versatile weather conditions. It can resist boiling water up to 72 hours. It can withstand rigorous climatic conditions, alternate dry and wet weather in deep see. MARINE Plywood is dimensionally stable and ideal for long lasting services in very humid and coastal areas.

MARINE Plywood is given permanent preservative chemical treatment by vaccum pressure impregnation with a minimum retentionof 12kg/m3 as specified in IS:5539:1969.

It is extensively used in railway coaches, Truck & bus bodies, Kitchen accessories, sign boards, paneling, partitions, bathrooms, for high quality furniture and other interior and exterior uses.

And immersed in total chemical & vacuum treated pores and further dried to fight against borer, termite & obtained from carefully choosen hard wood. These Smooth surfaced veneers are peeled by using fully automatic pnenumatically controlled peeling machine.
